Medication reviews

The practice employs a pharmacist who regularly conduct medication reviews. The review makes sure that you are not having side effects with your medication and the medicines you are taking follow the latest health care guidance.

Medication reviews take place on an annual basis and if you have a pre-existing medical condition this will also be discussed in your chronic disease review with the practice nurse.
